Our riding packs are digital files delivered right after payment. Because of that, we don't offer refunds once a pack has been purchased.
Your EU withdrawal right
If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content you can lose that right when you ask for immediate delivery. At checkout you tick a box to request instant access and confirm you understand this, and we record when you did.

If something goes wrong
If your files won't download, are damaged or not as described, or you were charged twice, email clubcoffeeride@gmail.com and we'll fix it: a new link, a replacement file or, for a duplicate charge, a refund of the extra payment. If we can't fix a faulty pack, we refund it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
Custom trips
Custom trips are agreed separately, and their cancellation and refund terms are set out in each trip agreement.
