These terms apply when you buy a riding pack (such as the Slovenian Alps Pack) from Coffeeride Escapes ("we", "us"). By completing checkout you agree to them. Please read them together with our refund policy and privacy policy.

What you buy
A riding pack is a digital riding plan: a PDF road book and GPX files, delivered as a download. It is a plan only. We do not book or sell hotels, transport, bike rental or any other travel service. Where we recommend places, you book directly with them and their terms apply. The pack page describes what is inside before you buy.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The pack is sold in English.
Price and payment
The Slovenian Alps Pack costs $19.99 as a one-time payment, processed securely by Stripe. There is no subscription. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is shown at checkout before you pay. Your bank may charge a fee if your card is not in US dollars.
Delivery
After payment we email a download link to the address you used at checkout, usually within minutes. The link works for 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Keep your own copy of the files. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then see download help or email us.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because the pack is digital content delivered straight away, at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose this right once the download link is sent. We confirm this in your delivery email. See our refund policy.
If the pack is faulty
If a file is missing, damaged or not as described, email us and we will fix it or replace it. If we can't, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. These rights come from consumer law and nothing in these terms limits them.
Using the files
We own the copyright in the road book and route files. Buying the pack gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them:
- You may use the pack for your own trips and share it with the people riding with you on that trip.
- You may not resell, republish, upload to route-sharing platforms or otherwise share the files publicly.
Route information
We ride and check the routes ourselves and describe them as we found them. Roads close, surfaces change, cafes change their hours and weather in the mountains turns quickly, so we cannot promise every detail is current on the day you ride. Distances and climbing figures are approximate. If you find something out of date, tell us and we will correct it for future riders.
Riding at your own risk
Road cycling carries real risks. The pack cannot cover everything. You are responsible for your fitness, your equipment, your insurance, obeying local traffic law and deciding whether a route is safe to ride on the day. When in doubt, shorten the ride or turn back. We are not a tour operator and do not guide, supervise or accompany your rides.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for a pack is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for the services of places we recommend. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Custom trips
Your pack price counts toward a custom trip if you book one with us. Custom trips are agreed separately, on their own terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version shown when you bought the pack applies to that purchase.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please email us first: we will try to sort it out quickly and fairly.
